Modern Convent School: Senior Secondary System Assessment

General Instructions :

These guidelines are based on Circular No. F.DE.15 (172/PSB/2016/654-664) dated 9th February 2021 issued by Directorate of Education, NCT of Delhi.
Registration for Pre-School (Nursery) General Category 2021-22 will be from 18.02.2021 (Thursday) to 04.03.2021 (Thursday).
Registration will only be done ONLINE through our website www.modernconventschool.com.
Age Eligibility: Child should have completed 3 years but should be less than 04 years as on 31st March 2021. However, age relaxation upto 30 days may be granted in minimum as well as maximum age limit in this class as per Circular Number DE.15 (172)/PSB/2016/831-836 dated 18th February 2021. Parents seeking age relaxation must also submit an application at the school reception for seeking this relaxation before 4 March 2021.
Applicants are allowed to apply only once. Duplicate registration, if found, will be rejected.
Parents should take a print out of the form and keep for future correspondence with the school.
Parents who are filling the registration form for Twins are advised to intimate the school at modernconventschool@rediffmail.com about their application. Kindly mention the Registration Number of both the children in the email.
You are welcome in case you are desirous to visit the School between 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on any working day. Your visit will be facilitated subject to observance of COVID-19 prevention guidelines and intimation about your visit at least 2 days in advance via email at modernconventschool@rediffmail.com

NOTE:

Fee may be revised upwards in the session 2021-22 after due approval of the Hon’ble Director of Education, GNCT of Delhi.
Presently schools are closed and Physical Classroom Learning is not going on for Pre-School at present. Thus, as per the directions given by Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi vide Circular No. F.DE.15 (172/PSB/2016/654-664) dated 09.02.2021, only Admission Fee and Tuition Fee will be charged at the time of Admission till further orders.

Documents

No documents are required at the time of REGISTRATION.

Documents to be attached and verified at the time of ADMISSION to Pre-School (Nursery) Session 2021-22 :

Birth Certificate under the Births, Deaths and Marriage Certification Act, 1986 issued by competent authority.
Residence Proof: (any one of the following given below)
Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
Electricity Bill / MTNL Bill / Water Bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or the child.
Aadhar Card / UID Card issued in the name of any of the parents.
Ration Card / Smart Card issued in the name of the parents (mother / father) having name of the child.
Domicile Certificate of child or of his / her parents.
Sibling: If it is a sibling case, copy (front and back) of current session Sibling’s I-Card or Fee Slip of Last Quarter as issued from Modern Convent School, Sector – 4, Dwarka.
Staff: If it is a staff case, copy of school’s identity card.
Alumni: If it is an Alumni case, copy (class XII CBSE Mark Sheet/ Admission Number.).
Affidavit of First born.
SC, ST or OBC certificate (as applicable) issued by competent authority.
Health Card (provided by the school) duly filled and attested by an MBBS Doctor along with the vaccination card of the child.

Instructions for Creating User ID and Password

For first time Users, Click on Register.
Enter Parent details like Parent Name, Primary Mobile Number, Date of Birth and Password, then Sign Up.
Kindly retain User Name and Password for future Sign In.
Read the Instructions carefully and click on Agree & Proceed.
Select standard.
Registration form will open.
Click on Tab “Admission Form” to view your Registration Form.
Please ensure that you have a good internet connection while filling up the Registration Form.
